COMMON QUESTIONS RESOLVED
Answers to What We Hear Most
The questions below come from real account holders. Each answer focuses on the specific rule or path being asked about, rather than repeating the broad product overview. Where a rule depends on the table or game version you are using, we flag that clearly so you know what to check before placing a bet.
In Sic Bo Big Small, does a triple result still lose even if the total falls within the winning range?
Yes — any triple (three identical dice faces) voids both the Big and Small bets, regardless of the total. So a triple-three counts as a total of nine, which is within Small's range, but the bet still loses. Confirm this rule applies on your specific live table before betting.
I thought Immortal Romance's Chamber of Spins always uses the same free-spin mechanic — is that right?
Not quite. The Chamber of Spins unlocks four separate character reward sets in sequence as you trigger it repeatedly. Each character offers a different free-spin mechanic and multiplier setup. Earlier unlocks are simpler; later ones carry more variance. Check which tier you are currently on before your session.
Does the winning team matter for a Football Both Teams to Score bet?
No — the final result is irrelevant. A 1–1 draw, a 4–1 home win and a 3–2 away win all settle as a BTTS win if both sides scored. What matters is that each team found the net at least once within 90 minutes plus injury time. Extra time is typically excluded unless the market rules state otherwise.
Can you get a flush in Poker Dice, and does the hand ranking match standard card poker?
Flushes are impossible in Poker Dice because the dice carry no suit — so the ranking differs from card poker. Five-of-a-kind is the highest hand and sits above four-of-a-kind, full house and straights. The exact straight definition and payout table vary by version, so check the in-game paytable before playing.
Do I need to install an app to play on my phone, or does the mobile browser work?
You can access datowin directly through your phone's mobile browser without installing anything. Navigate to datowin, log in, and the lobby loads on screen. If you return regularly, adding the page to your home screen keeps the entry path one tap away without a separate download.
Where do I find the correct account login page for datowin?
Your account entry point is at datowin. Look for the login option on the main page — do not use links from third-party sites or unverified messages. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact us at [email protected] or visit the /contact/ page for assistance.
Which payment methods does datowin accept for deposits in Malaysia?
We accept Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX as local payment rails for Malaysian players. Select your preferred method in the deposit section of your account. Specific limits and processing details are shown at the point of transaction. Contact support if a deposit does not reflect in your account.
